Where are your auctions?
Our auctions are held online! You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home to view and bid on our products! Auctions open every Monday at 9:00 a.m. and close the following Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
After auction closing, when can i retrieve my winning bids?
You will receive an email that has a link to your auction settlement detailing all pricing and associated taxes/fees.
The appointment system and location for retrieval will also be provided in the email.
Pick up times are as listed:
Tuesdays 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. &
Thursdays 3:00 p.m - 7:00 p.pm.
do I have to live in Houston, TX to place a bid?
No, not at all. At Omnivance we know and understand the nuances of life and want to make your online auction experience with us as seamless as possible. We offer shipping on winning items, the option just has to be selected at time of registration.
What if i can’t make any of the normal pick up times?
Please email us at omnivancellc@gmail.com or call 832-732-1677 and request for us to hold your bid card. Be sure to include your name and pertinent details in your message. We will hold up until the next auction pickup day.
What happens if I place a bid then decide I don’t want the item?
Buyer’s remorse is something that gets us from time to time. Unfortunately, bids cannot be reversed.
